If you can wait about two weeks, let us form a new company for you with the name of your choice. If you need a company urgently, then buy a shelf company and we will change the name at no cost (you only have to pay the R300 charged by CIPC). You will be able to trade within a day or two.
Special Companies
If you have special requirements, you may choose to buy one of our more expensive shelf companies –
For tenders with a B-BBEE certificate, WCC registration and tax clearance and some with CIDB registration.
VAT registered (typically for the purchase of a going concern) with a VAT registration and a bank account.
Import/Export licensed with a bank account
A non-profit enterprise, a NPC (non-profit company), which we can then register with the Department of Social Welfare as a non-profit organisation, with SARS as a Public Benefit Organisation or with SARS as an Exempt Institution depending upon your needs.
For a professional practice, an Inc in which case a name change is included in our fee.
For a public company, a Ltd as opposed to a (Pty) Ltd.
