  • Beneficial Ownership Return Submission (Company Owned by another Company or Trust)

    A Beneficial Ownership report to CIPC for a company whose shareholder is a company or a trust and with only one ultimate natural person shareholder is R3 335.00 incl. VAT.

    There is an additional Beneficial Ownership report fee of R449.00 incl. VAT for each additional natural person Beneficial shareholder. Work your way up through the ownership tree until you come to only natural persons who will be shareholders, the founder, trustees or named beneficiaries (but don’t double count a person if they serve two roles). That is the number that you need to select below.
