No, No and No again!

Why not? Because AI will search through whatever trust deeds it can find, bung them all together, strip out the obvious rubbish and present the result as its own draft.

That’s exactly what an attorney will do if you ask him/her to draft you a trust deed, except for the bit about stripping out the obvious rubbish.

I tried it, just for fun, and I quickly recognised many of the mistakes that I see in trust deeds (and I’ve seen hundreds of them) and which led me to devote a whole chapter of my book “16 Steps to Wealth” to “What can go wrong with a trust deed”.

But with AI, compared to an attorney, at least it’s free garbage!

Here’s the instruction I gave Perplexity.ai (computer) to draft this blog image.

Create an image of page one of a document titled “My Beautiful Trust Deed”. Then put in the typical wording with which a family trust deed opens. Then splatter 3 “Blurp”s onto the page to indicate that it is a load of rubbish. The page is held in the two hands of an African female, but you only see her hands, because the document must be large enough and clear enough to indicate what it is.
