We will need the ingoing/outgoing shareholder’s full name and address, plus the final shareholdings after the change. If you want a share register (which is included in the fee), then we will need the full history of share transfers.
Takes a day or two. Fee is for new share certificate(s) and includes the update of a share register held by us but not the reconstruction of a share register which we do not hold.
